Times II granted construction permit – EuropaProperty

The construction permit issued for the construction of the Times II office building, belonging to UBM, has come into legal effect. The project is being developed in the centre of Wroclaw will offer 16,700 sqm of office space, 2,500 sqm service space and about 360 single parking spaces.

“In the coming weeks we plan to continue the work already started and prepare the terrain so that regular cubature construction work can be commenced,” said Peter Obernhuber, UBM’s Member of the Managing Board.

Times II is another investment project carried out by UBM in accordance with the pro-ecological assumptions of the LEED certification procedure. The object has been awarded a LEED pre-certificate at its highest, platinum level. The area for the construction was purchased from the city in October 2012.
