The Social and Economic Investment Company (TISE) and Unimax Development have decided to extend their lease agreements and remain in the current location. Simultaneously, the companies have taken up additional office spaces in the property at 56 Okopowa Street in Warsaw. Knight Frank, sole agent and property manager, acted on behalf of the Bergold Group, the property owner, in the leasing process.
TISE is a financing fund for non-governmental organizations, social enterprises and micro-, small and medium-sized companies. The fund was established by BISE Bank in 1991. Currently it is owned by the French bank Crédit Coopératif. Until now the company’s office was located on 360 sqm. After the lease agreement extension, the fund leased an additional 150 sqm in the property.
Unimax Development is a construction investor acting as the developer of the Unimax capital group. The company is currently developing projects in Warsaw and Kielce. After taking up the additional space, its office in the property now has almost 150 sqm.
