TK Maxx staying put at Sarni Stok Shopping Mall – EuropaProperty

Clothing chain TK Maxx has extended its lease for 2,445 sqm of space at the Sarni Stok Shopping Mall in Bielsko-Biała. TK Maxx at the Sarni Stok Shopping Mall is the only outlet of that well-known brand in the Podbeskidzie Region of Poland. A renovation of the premises has been scheduled for this year. Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for management and commercialisation of the mall.

“TK Maxx has been at the Sarni Stok Shopping Mall since 2009, and the extension of the lease by another term demonstrates that it was the right decision to go with this particular location. This is the only outlet of that popular brand in the region, and so it is frequented in large numbers not only by shoppers from Bielsko-Biała but also from across the region as well as the Czech Republic,” commented Agnieszka Ługowska, Associate with Real Property Management, Cushman & Wakefield.

The Sarni Stok Shopping Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in Bielsko-Biała. The space of over 33,000 sqm houses 90 stores and service outlets of well-known brands, both foreign and domestic, such as Carrefour, Media Markt, Jula, H&M, Reserved, Douglas, Pepco, or New Yorker, to name just a few. The convenient location at the junction of main arterial roads leading to the town and to Katowice, Kraków, Żywiec, and Cieszyn is clearly the mall’s strength. The mall offers a two-storey car park with 1,350 parking spaces.
