TRS Warehouse leases its first warehouse in Pomerania

Logistics operator TRS Warehouse was looking for suitable logistics and office accommodation to enter the Tricity market. With the support of specialists from real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska, who provided comprehensive assistance in market analysis and lease negotiations, TRS Warehouse leased 2,500 sqm of warehouse space at Panattoni Park Tricity East I for its operations in northern Poland.

Panattoni Park Tricity East I boasts a prime location, offering 46,870 sqm of Class A+ warehouse and production space just 7 km from the Baltic Hub Container Terminal and 6 km from the centre of Gdańsk. The complex also enjoys easy access to key transport routes: the S7 expressway (4 km away) and the A1 motorway (14 km away).
