Adventum’s Penta Fund acquires Wola Retro in Warsaw
Adventum Group has completed its fifth acquisition in the CEE region through its Adventum Penta Fund.
The fifth acquisition of the Fund is the Wola Retro office complex in Warsaw, Poland which was constructed in 2019 by Develia SA. The 25,900 sqm (GLA) Wola Retro office complex was delivered to a high standard and complied with class-A office specifications and modern ESG requirements. The anchor tenant of the office complex is Budimex Group.
Adventum’s Kristof Barany commented: “Wola Retro has excellent fundamentals and we firmly believe that combined with our ESG strategy, focused on further enhancing its energy efficiency, we will add significant value to the property.”
7R completes expansion of warehouse near Kielce
7R completed the expansion of 7R Park Kielce halls. The current tenant, myBOX Logistics, leased additional space and will thus occupy over 30,800 sqm in the project. The GLA of the complex after the expansion will be over 72,000 sqm.
“We are very pleased to have leased additional warehouse space at 7R Park Kielce. This will enable us to serve our customers even better and increase our efficiency in logistics operations,” said Dariusz Maj, Distribution Centre Director at myBOX Logistics.
G City Europe completes purchase in Prague
G City Europe has completed the purchase of a remaining 25 percent stake in the Arkady Pankrac Shopping Center in Prague, Czech Republic for a consideration of €60.5 million.
Arkády Pankrác is a prime modern shopping centre comprising 38,700 sqm of retail GLA. The centre is well established as one of the principal shopping centres in Prague and is leased 96 percent.
ECE Projektmanagement will continue to manage the centre.
Kaufland global marketplace launched on the Czech market
