Tuplex signs up to join the tenants of Multipark Bydgoszcz

Tuplex, a leader in the plastics industry, is a new tenant in Multipark Bydgoszcz, where it took 1,450 sqm of warehouse and office space. The tenant was advised during the lease negotiation process by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

“To accommodate the growth of its Bydgoszcz branch, Tuplex was looking to lease additional warehouse space. We were instructed to find an optimal location and subsequently to negotiate the commercial and other key provisions of the lease. Thanks to the excellent cooperation between our client and LCP Properties and smooth negotiations, we managed to close the deal, which saw Tuplex secure favourable lease conditions,” says Katarzyna Adamska, Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
