Two global giants extend lease contracts at CityZen

Since 2016, the Hungarian branch of Tech Mahindra has been utilizing the exceptional location and services of the CityZen office building. As one of the largest tenants in the office building, they have signed another long-term contract with the building owners. OTIS arrived on Váci Street a year later, becoming a tenant of this “A” category office building with excellent BREEAM certification in 2017. Both companies expressed their satisfaction with the building and its services recently by extending their existing lease contracts.

The OTIS Group is helping people around the world with nearly 2.5 million units moving 2.2 billion people daily. With its 71,000 employees, the company offers products and services in nearly two hundred countries. Cushman & Wakefield represented OTIS Elevator Ltd., the Hungarian branch of the parent company, during the negotiations.

The Indian tech company serves clients in various industries across more than 90 countries. Tech Mahindra’s Budapest centre opened its doors in 2014, employing nearly fifty staff members, half of whom are women.
