Cavatina Holding obtained a building permit for a new investment. Works related to the construction on a new office building at Klimeckiego Street in Cracow. At the same time, the developer began the implementation of the next stage of works on the Equal Business Park project – building D. The owner is supported by Knight Frank during the commercialisation process of both of the buildings.
“Cavatina is a developer with an established position on an office real estate market whose unconventional investments are recognised by employers. Due to this fact, we are honoured to have the chance to cooperate with such a respected business partner. The Equal Business Park complex in Cracow, which we are commercialising, attracts a lot of attention and all of the buildings that have been finished are rented. I am sure that further Cavatina’s projects, with us being responsible for their commercialisation, will not keep companies looking for modern and well placed office space waiting,” said Monika Sułdecka-Karaś, Partner and Regional Director of Knight Frank.
Equal Business Park D is the fourth stage of the investment and is currently being implemented at Wielicka Street in Cracow. The office building will offer 11,300 sqm distributed across its 6 storeys. A dining area, as well as many sale and service points will be available on the premises. It is estimated that the works will be finished in the third quarter of 2020.
