S IMMO significantly improves ESG ratings
S IMMO is actively embracing ESG and sustainability at all corporate levels. Significant measures in the area, include the introduction of a central environmental data management, climate risk management and a digital whistleblower system. Now the focus is primarily on realising potential savings in energy, water and greenhouse gases, as well as on addressing the needs of employees and tenants alike.

Half of first building of HelloParks Fót now leased
The HelloParks Fót warehouse project developed by Hungarian firm Futureal Group will consist of several buildings on the northern outskirts of Budapest. More than fifty percent of the first, already-open phase is now leased.
The first warehouse offers 45,000 sqm of modern industrial space. Tenants have started to move in and negotiations with potential tenants are at an advanced stage for the remaining available space. The next building will have 26,000 sqm. When completed the total leasable area of the park will reach 330,000 sqm. Companies representing the light industry and distribution already expressed their intention to lease spaces there.
Skyliner has a new tenant
Tarkett, an international flooring company, has leased 1,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw’s Skyliner office building owned by the Karimpol Group. The tenant will move into its new offices in Q1 2023.
“Tarkett is a leading manufacturer of office flooring solutions. Our new office will be our showcase and the best proof that the workspace can be friendly and support creativity and collaboration,” said Rafał Maćkowiak, CEE Area Director Tarkett.
The building’s owner Karimpol Group was represented in the lease by CBRE and Tarkett was represented by Colliers.
Primavera Parfum is a new tenant in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II
Primavera Parfum, a specialist distributor of cosmetics, has leased over 5,000 sqm of class A warehouse space in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II. The tenant was represented by Newmark Polska.
“Benefiting from its favourable location, the company will be able to serve both the local Warsaw and national market,” says Agnieszka Marczak, Senior Advisor, Industrial and Warehouse Department, Newmark Polska.
