The workspace lease of the entire 8th floor on President’s Quay is one of the largest office deals in Gdynia in recent months. Uni-logistics’ new headquarters will occupy 1,115 sqm in the first phase of the Waterfront mixed-use development, owned and managed by Vastint. Colliers advised the tenant on the transaction.
“Gdynia is a city built on courage and modernity, and these same values have been driving Uni-logistics since 2007. Choosing the Waterfront complex as our new headquarters was no coincidence. We are proud of our roots and could not imagine a better place for the next stage of our development than the very heart of our city. From this unique location, we will enjoy a full panorama of Gdynia – from the vibrant Kościuszko Square and the beautiful City Beach, through the downtown architecture, all the way to the port areas. This view reminds us every day of the diversity and global scale of our operations. We have chosen a place that truly reflects our spirit, combining a passion for logistics with the highest quality we deliver to our partners every day,” emphasises Rafał Drąg, President of the Management Board of Uni-logistics.
“We are glad that another employer has chosen the workspace at Waterfront. The deal with Uni-logistics is further proof that Gdynia’s city centre provides favourable conditions for the TSL industry. Located in the vibrant heart of Gdynia, the office overlooking the sea will provide attractive working conditions and access to multiple amenities within easy reach,” says Marcin Faleńczyk, Senior Leasing Manager at Vastint Poland.
“Relocating headquarters after many years in a single location is always a decision that requires careful preparation, market analysis and a thorough understanding of the organisation’s needs and its long-term business objectives. The modern space leased by Uni-logistics at the Waterfront project will undoubtedly provide the team with a comfortable working environment and create conditions for the organisation’s further growth. We are pleased to have supported the tenant at every stage of the process – from selecting the optimal location to negotiating lease terms – and to have been part of this transition,” adds Agnieszka Grzywaczewska, Associate Director at Colliers.
