UniPack to remain at Peakside – Logistics Point Piaseczno

UniPack has renegotiated a lease agreement for space in a facility owned by Peakside – Logistics Point Piaseczno. The cooperation included the contracting of more than 5,000 sqm of space for warehouse and office/social purposes. JLL Poland, a leading real estate advisor in Poland, supported the tenant in the transaction process.

Piaseczno Business Park is a warehouse complex located in Piaseczno, near Warsaw. The park offers warehouse and office spaces in two Class A buildings with a total area of approximately 33,000 sqm.
