Vastint Romania was awarded LEED Platinum pre-certification, design stage, for each of the three buildings comprised in Business Garden Bucharest, and BREEAM Excellent design stage certificate for the first two office blocks of Timpuri Noi Square. Both projects benefit from a prime location, public transport and varied amenities.
Business Garden Bucharest consists of three blocks totalling 41,000 sqm of modern Class A office space and ground floor areas for retail, with construction planned for the first half of 2016. Construction of the first two office buildings at Timpuri Noi Square is ongoing, adding up to 33,000 sqm out of a total of up to 100,000 sqm office and retail space as well as 50,000 sqm residential space planned.
In addition to efficient floor layouts and high standard finishes, the work spaces will have, among other, energy-saving electrical equipment and LED lighting, water use reduction technology, in line with environmental sustainability strategies in place.

The employees working in the offices will benefit from an improved indoor environment quality, starting with a silent, healthy air conditioning and ventilation system, thermal comfort control, 100 percent fresh air supply, as well as increased visual comfort that comes with excellent natural light provision and views of the outdoor surroundings.
Both central locations allow easy access by subway and by car, as well as other means of public transport, including train in case of Business Garden Bucharest. The internal garden, respective plaza, will provide areas for socialising and recreation, fitted with rainwater capture and management systems. Parking includes priority spaces and charging outlets for electrical cars, while cyclist facilities are complete with aboveground and underground parking, showers and lockers.
