Vastint has extended or signed new leases totalling over 8,600 sqm at Business Garden Wroclaw, one of the largest business centres in the capital of Lower Silesia. The office development near Wrocław-Mikołajów station is a workplace for approx. 11,000 people.
Business Garden Wrocław comprises nine office buildings with a total area of 117,000 sqm in the western part of Wrocław city centre, close to the Magnolia Park shopping centre.
The largest contract signed in recent months was a lease extension with Ceneo (2,800 sqm). New tenants have also joined Business Garden Wrocław, including COWI Polska, an engineering consultancy specialising in the design and delivery of engineering projects (990 sqm), as well as a company from the digital engineering and technology consulting sector (1,060 sqm). VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska (1,060 sqm), which works on projects in the wind and solar energy sectors, has decided to extend its current lease and expand its office.

MJ Group (790 sqm), a company delivering industry solutions from automation and robotics to integration technologies, has already moved into the complex, developed and managed by Vastint in Wrocław. The business support services provider Square Advisory (370 sqm) and an IT and consulting services provider Evoke Technologies (350 sqm) have also leased an office in Business Garden Wroclaw. NEXOS Prime Services Synergy (450 sqm), which offers audit, financial, tax and legal consulting, as well as a debt recovery company Soltum (375 sqm), have opted for the Ready Flex lease model. This service complements the traditional offering, providing fully equipped offices without long-term commitments. Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy (410 sqm) has also opened a new retail branch on the ground floor.
