Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park has a new owner

Precordia Capital and Septyma have acquired a 66 percent stake in the convenience retail park Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów, located at Ul. Przyczółkowska 219 in Warsaw. They purchased the shares from Capital Park.

Street Mall Vis à Vis Wilanów is situated in south Warsaw, along the main road from the city centre through the Wilanów district to Konstancin-Jeziorna. The retail park is designed to offer both everyday shopping convenience and opportunities for family and recreational activities. It features 17 outlets, including grocery stores, service points, and restaurants, covering a total area of 4,300 sqm. The facility also provides 104 parking spaces. Notable tenants include Decathlon, Deseo, Hebe, MAX Premium Burgers, RTV EURO AGD, Sakana Sushi & Sticks, and ZooZoo.pl. The retail park is fully leased.

Real Management Services, part of the Real Management S.A. Group, has been appointed as the new property manager.
