Vis à Vis Wilanów Strengthens Its Partnership with Villa Nova

Medical brand Villa Nova has decided to expand its presence at the Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park. Under two newly signed agreements, the long-standing tenant has not only extended the lease for the premises occupied by Villa Nova Dental Clinic, but has also launched a second, entirely new concept at the property – Villa Nova Orthodontics. Together, the two clinics occupy 1,435 sqm of modern service space within the retail park.

“We are now developing one of the largest and most technologically advanced orthodontic centres in Europe. Our ambition is for Wilanów to become a destination not only for patients, but also for doctors from around the world. This is why, alongside the development of our clinical activities, we are building a European hub for orthodontic knowledge and education here. The first step is the Villa Nova European School of Orthodontics, an international medical education programme that will commence operations this autumn. Delivering such an ambitious vision required the creation of an appropriate space,” added Emma Kiworkowa, founder of Villa Nova.

The Vis à Vis Wilanów retail park comprises 17 retail, service and food and beverage units with a total leasable area of 4,300 sqm. In addition to DESEO, the tenant mix at Vis à Vis Wilanów includes brands such as Decathlon, Hebe drugstore, MAX Premium Burgers, RTV EURO AGD, Sakana Sushi & Sticks and ZooZoo.pl.
