Vox extends lease at SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gadki

SEGRO has extended its lease agreement with VOX, one of the most innovative brands in the interior design industry in Poland. The transaction was mediated by Profi Home.

In the previously leased space of 7,732 sqm in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki, VOX has been operating since 2021. The company runs warehousing and e-commerce activities there. From the warehouse of SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki, VOX distributes products to ten European countries and to customers in Poland served in the home delivery system.

Waldemar Witczak, SEGRO Regional Director says: “Extending the warehouse lease agreement with VOX for the next few years is proof of the trust that the company has placed in us. The client wanted a convenient location and high-quality space that met the relevant requirements, including those related to the e-commerce channel. SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki turned out to be a great choice.”

SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Gądki is a park of nearly 77,000 sqm. It is located in the western part of Poland, just 13 km from the centre of Poznań.
