DL Invest Group has handed over more than 1,000 sqm of space at the DL Piano mixed-use complex in Katowice to Voxel. The new tenant is one of the largest and most recognised private providers of diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine services in Poland. The lease further strengthens the tenant profile of the complex, which continues to attract companies operating in knowledge-based and technology-driven industries.
“Voxel is an excellent example of an organisation developing advanced medical services and technology-driven solutions. Its decision to choose DL Piano confirms that the mixed-use investment model effectively supports the growth of modern businesses. We create places that combine high-quality commercial space with amenities that facilitate the everyday operations of companies and enhance the working environment for their employees. This, in turn, contributes to the long-term attractiveness of our properties,” says Edyta Leszczyńska, Managing Director of DL Space at DL Invest Group.
DL Piano is one of the flagship mixed-use developments in the DL Invest Group portfolio. The complex offers more than 17,000 sqm of modern space, combining office, retail and service functions within a single development. It has been designed to create a comprehensive business environment, providing tenants with a wide range of on-site amenities, including restaurants and cafés, retail and service outlets, a fitness centre, a kindergarten, electric vehicle charging stations and approximately 400 parking spaces. The project also offers significant expansion potential, with approximately 15,000 sqm available for future development.
The agreement with Voxel confirms the sustained demand for high-quality commercial space delivered by DL Invest Group and highlights the growing role of mixed-use developments as preferred destinations for businesses operating in sectors that require modern infrastructure, strategic locations and a comprehensive range of on-site services.
