Hines, the international real estate firm, announced that Warbud S.A. has extended the lease agreement in the Nestlé House office building. It is an eight-storey Class A building with an area of over 19,000 sqm located in Warsaw at ul. Domaniewska 32.
Warbud S.A. is a general contractor of construction investments with a portfolio of more than 600 completed projects. The company is one of the largest tenants of Nestlé House which has leased its space for many years and has decided to extend the lease until 2027.
‘In our daily work we make every effort to ensure the best possible work conditions for every tenant. We are pleased that our actions are also appreciated by companies from the construction industry, such as Warbud, which after several years of leasing space at Nestlé House has decided to continue its cooperation,’ said Łukasz Pawikowski, Director at Hines Polska.
Warbud has also decided to extend the lease of 276 sqm of space in Ambassador Office Building – located near the Nestlé House, also owned by Hines.
The owner of Nestlé House and Ambassador Office Building is Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund (HPSIF). On behalf of HPSIF, assets and real estate are managed by Hines Polska.
