OmniOffice, a leader in the Polish serviced office market, joins Warsaw UNIT as a tenant. The company has leased 3,090 sqm of modern office space in the high-rise Ghelamco building.
OmniOffice will occupy two floors in the office building, located in the business centre of Warsaw at Rondo Daszyńskiego. The agreement with the developer, Ghelamco, has been signed for a term of 10 years. Serviced offices will be available to new tenants from July 2023.
“Warsaw UNIT is another of our projects where OmniOffice has chosen to locate its serviced offices. We are pleased that a company for which, like us, the comfort and safety of users are priority values, has trusted us again. Warsaw UNIT, which today is one of the most sustainable and technologically advanced office buildings in this part of Europe, will guarantee the best conditions for work and business development also for users of flexible spaces,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.
“Warsaw UNIT is the fifth Warsaw-based location of OmniOffice serviced offices, this time created with medium-sized companies in mind. With this newest location, we are betting on flexible space as usual, but thanks to its diverse arrangement and modules that include spaces dedicated to boardrooms, it will be suitable for both medium-sized companies and Polish branches of multinational corporations. The first tenants will move into Warsaw UNIT as early as July when construction works are finished,” says Piotr Woźny, President of the Management Board, OmniOffice. “We would like to thank the Ghelamco team for their trust and smooth leasing process.”
OmniOffice is a business centre that was established to provide the highest quality work environment for businesses and institutions. The company’s extensive portfolio includes the possibility of renting ready-to-work (serviced) offices with reception service, as well as conference rooms, individual workstations or virtual offices on flexible terms. OmniOffice has been thriving in the market since 2013, providing its services in the most desirable office locations in Warsaw.
With 46 floors and 57,000 sqm of prime office space, the Ghelamco building is the first high-rise building in Poland to be BREEAM-certified at the highest Outstanding level. In addition, it has WELL Health-Safety Rating, WELL v2 (pre-certification), Green Standard Building and “Barrier-Free Facility” certifications.
Warsaw UNIT will also be the first skyscraper in Poland to be powered in 100 percent by clean energy. This comes after Ghelamco announced a groundbreaking project to build photovoltaic farms as part of its ESG strategy. With the use of renewable energy sources, CO2 emissions of the building throughout its lifecycle will be reduced by more than 50 percent, and in terms of consumption of utilities by more than 70 percent.
Ghelamco’s project stands out with its elegant, timeless architecture and original solutions, such as the kinetic “dragon skin” facade waving in the wind, or Skyfall Warsaw – a sky-high, fully glazed observation deck with a falling floor, providing an unforgettable experience to the guests.
