Savills, an international Real Estate advisor, has completed the recommercialisation process of Crown Square office building. The last free office units in the building were leased by Sportradar Polska and Mediaplanet. The property is managed by Invesco Real Estate.
Sportradar Polska, provider of sports betting solutions, leased ca. 280 sqm and Media planet publishing house leased nearly 200 sqm. In 2015, Savills, acting as an exclusive agent of Crown Square, finalised transactions with Enel-Med (ca. 1,000 sqm) and SER Solutions IT company (ca. 530 sqm).
“For the time being Crown Square is fully leased,” said Lidia Malec, Associate in Office Agency, Landlord Representation, Savills. “We are very pleased to have another fully commercialised building in our track record. I am certain that new tenants will appreciate the central location with access to the tram and bus lines and Rondo Daszyńskiego Metro Station, which is just 100 meters away from the building.”
Crown Square is an A-Class office building with a total leasable area of 16,000 sqm of office space. The building is located in Wola district, at 31 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw. It has an underground car park with 220 places. The building is BREEAM in use – Excellent certified. Crown Square tenants include Nike, Oracle Poland, Micro Strategy and Signal Iduna.
