West Gate, which is being developed by Echo Investment, is fully leased four months before its opening. The commercialization process of the project was finished thanks to contracts signed with Aviva and a financial consultancy company which operates under the Expander brand (a total of 500 sqm).
The anchor tenant of office space in West Gate is Nokia Networks (14,000 sqm). The building will also include a new seat of Deichmann Obuwie Sp. z o.o. (1,200 sqm), an Enel-Med medical centre (300 sqm) and a canteen which is to be operated by K&D Foods (320 sqm).
“Finishing the commercialization process more than a quarter of a year before the project completion confirms top quality offered by West Gate. Both contracts were finalized at the end of last year. We are very satisfied with the commercialization process. It is the second office project of Echo Investment in Wrocław, the first one being Aquarius Business House, which was also fully leased at the construction stage,” said Katarzyna Kubicka, senior leasing manager in Echo Investment’s Office and Hotel Department.
West Gate is a modern A-class building which offers 16,200 sqm of office space. The project is located on Lotnicza Street, at the junction of Na Ostatnim Groszu Street and Szybowcowa Street, which guarantees excellent exposure of the building. The proximity of public transport stops and the main traffic arteries of Wrocław provides quick access to the city centre and a very good link to the airport and the A8 motorway ring road. There are numerous service and retail outlets near the project as well as a park and some communal areas.
The author of West Gate’s architectural design is the ARCAD architectural studio of Kielce. The facility consists of six above-ground floors (offices) and two underground ones (the car park). It has been designed as an L-shaped compact building. The project is to be completed in April this year.
