Nokia, a global mobile broadband transmission specialist, has leased 6,000 sqm in West Link, an office building being by Echo Investment in Wrocław.
The modern West Link office building is under construction next to West Gate – an office building the anchor tenant of which is Nokia. The leader in mobile broadband transmission leased over 7,000 sqm of office space in autumn last year. The next contract concerning 6,000 sqm finishes the commercialization of the building which is planned to be put into operation at the end of 2017 and early 2018.
“The complete commercialization of the West Link building is the crowning of Echo Investment’s excellent cooperation with Nokia. We are very satisfied with the fact that we contributed to the expansion of such a renowned company as Nokia on Wrocław market,” said Katarzyna Kubicka, regional director at Echo Investment’s Office Department.
“We have been emphasizing for a long time that the capital of Lower Silesia is a key location for our company. The decision to develop our resources in Wrocław was much easier thanks to Echo Investment’s two office projects which met our expectations,” said Bartosz Ciepluch, director of the European Nokia Software and Engineering centre in Wroclaw and a member of the board of the Polish branch of Nokia.
West Link will have a total area of over 14,000 sqm. There will be car park offering 266 spaces. The completion of the project is planned for the end of 2017 and early 2018.
