Westbridge Advisory (Westbridge), an expert in ESG and operating costs optimisation for institutional real estate investors, opened a new location in the Polish capital of Warsaw in April 2022. The office is located at Rondo ONZ 1 and headed by Danuta Grzywacz. In her role as Country Head Poland, she will report directly to Hajo Engelke, Managing Director at Westbridge Advisory International AG. Real estate investors and asset managers in Poland now benefit from a local presence with the entire Westbridge group’s expertise.
With the establishment of the Polish branch, Westbridge’s international business now has a second European location outside of Germany besides the main office in Zurich. The continuous expansion strengthens the company’s local footprint and leading position in sustainability and energy efficiency consulting for the real estate sector.
Danuta Grzywacz, a finance and management expert, began her career in 2002 as a senior sales specialist at Bank BPH in Poland before moving to Raiffeisen Bank Polska four years later, where she was responsible for large international corporate clients. Positions at the largest polish bank PKO BP and at the service provider Econocom followed, where Danuta gained vast experience in digital transformation. In her most recent position as director at Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) in Warsaw, she was jointly responsible for sales management and client growth, she discovered her interest in sustainability in the real estate sector. This prompted Grzywacz to focus more closely on the issue of net-zero and encouraged her to expand the Polish market for the ESG expert Westbridge.
