The global law firm will occupy 2,500 sqm of modern space on the top floors of one of Warsaw’s most attractive office buildings.
Global law firm White & Case has signed a lease agreement for 2,500 sqm of modern space in the Q22 office building. The firm will relocate to its new office by the end of 2017 and will occupy floors 37-38 as well as part of floor 39. Experts from JLL represented White & Case during the process of selecting a new office and negotiating the lease terms.
Marcin Studniarek, Executive Partner of White & Case’s office in Poland, commented: “Working on one of the most complex transactions on the market and providing services for the largest clients, both Polish and international, requires the highest technical and space arrangement standards. At the same time, the office is a showcase for the entire company and an integral part of White & Case’s market image. Therefore, we focused only on the most technologically advanced buildings. Q22 perfectly met our requirements. Furthermore, a larger space also takes into account our plans to ramp up staff numbers in the next few years.”
Michał Żelski, Senior Leasing Manager, Echo Investment SA, added: “Q22 meets the expectations of the most demanding tenants – both Polish and international companies who are leaders in their respective industries. Innovative technological solutions and additional functions planned within the building contribute to the comfort of employees while Q22’s modern and eye-catching architecture makes it one of the most attractive office addresses in Warsaw.”
Jakub Sylwestrowicz, Head of Tenant Representation at JLL, said: “White & Case had very specific expectations regarding its new office. The building had to be elegant, exceptional and provide the opportunity for a unique arrangement of the office’s interiors. Such requirements were met by the top floors of Q22. However, in order to relocate to this building, it was necessary to slightly extend the lease on the firm’s current office.”
The last commercialization phase of Q22 is currently underway, offering a further 8,500 sqm of available office space. Its tenants include companies such as: Deloitte, Allegro, Linklaters, William Demant, Boston Scientific, Citi Handlowy, Omni Office and Puro Hotels.
