Retailer Worldbox has made its debut at FunShop Park in Vaslui, a retail park managed in Romania by Poznań-based company Scallier. The multi-brand store, covering more than 660 sqm, offers a wide selection of clothing, footwear and accessories in the casual and sportswear segment.
Worldbox is a concept developed by the CCC Group, which is currently pursuing a vigorous expansion strategy in the Polish market. The chain’s stores feature the latest street wear and sports collections from leading global brands, including adidas, Puma, 4F, Gap, New Balance, Prosto, Tom Tailor, Reebok, Nike, Outhorn, Skechers, Vans, Under Armour, Guess Jeans, Champion, Cross Jeans, Hunter, Converse, Shaq and Kappa.
“I am pleased that such a well-known Polish company with significant growth potential has decided to lease space at the retail park in Vaslui, which delivers very strong turnover and is characterised by a stable, fully leased tenant mix. FunShop Park Vaslui is a retail park with a total area of approximately 10,000 sq m, offering a broad range of retail and service outlets. A Kaufland supermarket operates in the immediate vicinity of the park. The tenant mix includes, among others, Sinsay, New Yorker, Hervis, DM, Pepco, Tedi, Sportissimo, ZOO Center, KiK, Designer Outlet and the Cărturești bookstore, as well as Rimini pizzeria and FryDay food concept. The entire retail park is currently fully leased.
Scallier acted as the developer of the project and is currently also responsible for its management, as is the case with all developments delivered by the company in Romania.
The Vaslui retail park, along with FunShop shopping centres located in Ploiești, Roșiorii de Vede, Focșani, Turda, Timișoara, Moșnița Nouă and Arad, forms part of the property portfolio managed by Scallier. The company has been active on the Romanian market since 2021, providing services in investment development, leasing and retail property management. To date, the developer has delivered over 70,000 sq m. of modern retail space in Romania. All FunShop parks developed by Scallier are BREEAM certified.
