Wrocław Business Park leased in full – EuropaProperty

AXI IMMO consultants have advised Aviva Investors, the owner of Wrocław Business Park, on the lease of warehouse and office space within the Wrocław investment. The project with a total area of 9,300 sqm is now 100 percent let.

Wrocław Business Park is a complex designed for tenants interested in smaller units. Its convenient location in the city enables fast and effective organisation of distribution in Wrocław and the surrounding area. The complex consists of two warehouse buildings with an area of 4,800 sqm and 4,500 sqm.

The tenants of Wrocław Business Park include the courier company FedEx and the leading distributor of plastic tiles and semi-finished products Plastics Group as well as others.

In 2013, more than 450,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was leased.
