Warsaw’s office building Wspólna 47/49 has been awarded a BREEAM IN-USE International certificate. It received an “Excellent” rating in Asset Performance and a “Very Good” rating in Building Management. The scheme is owned by CA IMMO and global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is the property manager.
Wspólna 47/49 is a small-scale office building located in downtown Warsaw. Completed in 2000, the eight-floor building provides 14,200 sq m, of which more than half is office space, and a three-level underground car park with 131 parking spaces. Its standard technical features include raised floors, a modernized ventilation system with individual zone controls, openable windows, a green roof, a bicycle parking facility and a round-the-clock reception desk. With its distinctive glass façade the building boasts excellent recognition and visibility. Wspólna 47/49 is located near Marszałkowska Street, Warsaw’s major thoroughfare, providing direct access to tram and bus lines and a metro station. This area of the capital city is also home to many elegant restaurants, exclusive hotels, amenities and headquarters of Polish and international companies.
An independent BREEAM audit of Wspólna 47/49 was conducted by Sweco Consulting Sp. z o.o.
