XBS Logistics has renegotiated its 10,000 sqm lease at logistics park P3 Błonie. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.
XBS Logistics is part of the XBS Group, offering an innovative approach to optimizing supply chain management and e-commerce solutions (fulfillment, dropshipping and cross border). The XBS Group has developed four professional business lines for its clients: XBS Logistics provides integrated logistics solutions, XBS Supply offers supply chain management, XBS Finance provides services related to handling financial aspects of purchases and sales, while XBS Services ensures support at points of sale.
“We decided to remain at P3 Błonie because our lease renewal fits in with our long-term strategy, the facility is suitable for our products and we employ high-skilled staff here,” says Jacek Kołodziejczyk, Managing Director, XBS Logistics.
P3 Błonie is a logistics park, located 27 km west of Warsaw, near the junction of national road no. 92 and the A2 motorway. It comprises 14 buildings. The owner of the park is P3 Logistic Parks.
