X-Trade Brokers (XTB), one of the world’s largest Forex & CFD brokers, will move into Skyliner. The company will occupy nearly 4,400 sqm of office space.
For over 15 years, XTB Group has provided individual investors with immediate access to hundreds of markets around the world, using its own trading platforms (xStation and xStation Mobile). The company also provides leading technologies for financial institutions on a global scale. It gained the trust of over 317,000 clients and is regulated by the largest supervisory authorities: FCA, the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), CySEC and IFSC. It runs its branches in prestigious locations in over 13 countries, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, France and Chile. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since August 2016.
XTB Group employs over 550 people worldwide, most of whom work in the Warsaw office. In January 2022, the Skyliner building, located at Rondo Daszyńskiego, will become the new headquarters of the company. XTB will occupy three floors there.
“The last few years have been a time of exceptionally dynamic development for XTB, which translated into an employment increase in virtually every team responsible for key business areas in the company. We were looking for a place that would be not only well-connected but also modern, made to a high standard and providing the possibility of adapting the space according to our requirements. Skyliner meets these expectations, and at the same time is not far from our previous office, thanks to which our employees will not have to change their habits when it comes to commuting,” says Paweł Szejko, the financial director and the board member at XTB.
In the lease negotiation process, XTB Group was represented by the agency Knight Frank, and the owner of Skyliner – Karimpol Group – was represented by CBRE Poland.
