Yardi Romania and Speedwell announced the signing of a new lease agreement, for a 3,500 sqm office space in Record Park, a mixed-use project developed by Speedwell in Cluj-Napoca. The transaction, managed by Griffes, the broker entrusted with the commercial strategy and leasing for Record Park since the design stage of the mixed-use development, increased the occupancy level in the 12,000 sqm office building. Whereas 85 percent of the 236 apartments have already been reserved, and World Class fitness club recently opened a new location within the project, Record Park is fast approaching the real estate success already anticipated by Speedwell managers.
“We are pleased that Yardi Romania joined the tenants of Record Park. The fact that a new multinational company chose our project pleases us and demonstrates the importance of a high-quality working environment and facilities at high standards. Our concept stands out by its downtown location, its design and various components, including: office space, apartments, retail and sports. All these attributes have been combined into a real estate concept whose success forces us to replicate it in the following projects that we will develop.”, Didier Balcaen, Speedwell General Manager said.
“Bringing Yardi in the portfolio of clients of the Record Park reconfirms the qualities of the project and the promise that its developers make it towards the business community in Cluj-Napoca. Yardi is a growing American company, and we are delighted to be able to offer expansion solutions in a creative way, close to our current offices”, said Andreea Paun, Managing Partner of Griffes consulting company, which coordinates the rental activities of Record Park.
Yardi Romania is part of the Yardi Systems, Inc., an American company founded in 1984, a leading provider of software solutions for the real estate industry. The Cluj Development Centre is the third largest Yardi office in the world, counting over 1,100 employees working in diverse areas, from software development to data research and analysis, marketing and consulting.
