The Warsaw HUB has welcomed Zdrofit as the new tenant. Owned by Fit Invest, the nationwide chain will open in Ghelamco’s flagship project a modern fitness club with space of more than 1,500 sqm.
Zdrofit in The Warsaw HUB, located on the first floor of building “C”, will be one of the chain’s flagship clubs. Signed for 10 years, the agreement provides for setting up a modern fitness club offering a full range of organised classes, the help of personal coaches, a spacious cross-training zone, a cardio zone, and free weights. The new tenant is owned by Fit Invest, which is a part of the Benefit Systems group. CBRE represented the tenant whereas JLL advised on behalf of the owner.
“We are happy that Zdrofit has chosen our location to set up their first club in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area. Our new project combines multiple functions, from office to hospitality, therefore we could not afford to miss out on the opportunity to include a well-known brand which promotes a healthy and active lifestyle,” says Jarosław Zagórski, Commercial and Business Development Director, Ghelamco Poland.
“The presence of Zdrofit in The Warsaw HUB fits with our strategy to set up clubs in buildings located near key transport routes and shopping and business centres. We are delighted to be a part of such a prestigious complex and be able to provide top quality fitness services,” says Jakub Raniszewski, Member of the Management Board, Zdrofit.
It is not the first lease in The Warsaw HUB. The project has attracted enormous attention – agreements or letters of intent have already been signed for 1/3 of the offered space, i.e. 38,000 sq m. Since November 2017 it has also been known that the lower building would be occupied by two InterContinental Hotels Group hotels, namely Holiday Inn Express and the first Crowne Plaza hotel in Poland.
The Warsaw HUB is being built in Warsaw’s Wola district, in the south-west part of Rondo Daszyńskiego. Like the Warsaw Spire building on the opposite side, the building will become a part of the capital’s new business centre. The complex is designed to address the needs and expectations of modern corporations and start-ups. It will combine the functionality and amenities of a multi-purpose business centre with excellent transport links, i.e. direct access to the second metro line as well as the vicinity of public transport, cycling paths, and roads. The construction is planned to be completed at the turn of 2019 and 2020.
