EURO STYL presents a new office park to be developed in Gdynia
The developer EURO STYL is going to develop Tensor, a new office park that will be built for Gdynia. The project will be comprised of three modern buildings: X, Y, Z, with retail space on the ground floors.
Completion of the first stage of the investment, the office building X with office space of 4,960 sqm, is scheduled for the H2 of 2015 (construction will start in Q2 2014). The tenants will have at their disposal almost 20,000 sqm of office space and 446 parking places, offering a high parking ratio of 1:41.
Tensor will offer A Class office space, required by clients from BPO/SSC sector. The buildings will be equipped with all the facilities expected of this office building class, including: BMS, UPS, a power generator, individually controlled air conditioning, IP PBX system, as well as access control, intruder alarm, fire alarm and CCTV systems. In addition, the design will include energy-efficient façades using glass of exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation performance. Heat recuperation systems will also be implemented.
Mikołaj Konopka, Vice President of EURO STYL, said: “Our experience in office development can be confirmed by such successful investments as BPH Office Park or Opera Office in Gdańsk. We are now entering the market of office projects in Gdynia, where we have completed a number of residential projects in recent years. We believe that devoting our energy and passion to Gdynia will result not only in financial success, but also in the long-lasting improvement of Łużycka Street's image. The street is increasingly bolstering its position as a business location.”
TENSOR will allow the extension of Gdynia's high-class office space resources, the availability of which is a key factor when attracting foreign investors.
"Gdynia frequently receives questions about the modern office space required by companies planning to settle in our city,” commented Michał Guć - Deputy Mayor of Gdynia. "The new office project will considerably expand this offer and will give us the prospect of acquiring more employers and jobs.”
