Cushman & Wakefield to sell a hotel in Bydgoszcz
Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality have been appointed by Cube to sell the 4-star Mercure Sepia Hotel located in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The property was opened in December 2014 as a new hotel, combining a historical building dated from the late 19th century and a new building.

The hotel offers 90 rooms, three F&B facilities, 72 sqm of conference facilities, 45 secure parking spaces and a fitness room. The potential extension would add 30 rooms and 480 sqm of conference area. The hotel, opened in December 2014, has already been recognised as the best hotel in Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, and has an outstanding reputation on travel websites such as Booking.com.
