BCR becomes the largest tenant of Business Garden Bucharest

Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), a member of Erste Group, will move its Romanian headquarters to Business Garden Bucharest, owned by Vastint Romania. The bank will take 14,000 sqm of space in the buidling and will become the largest tenant of the second project. The project already has an occupancy rate of 65 percent.

Business Garden Bucharest office complex, LEED Platinum pre-certified, is the first project with such a green concept in Romania and the sixth in a series with the same name developed by Vastint in several cities in Europe. The project comes with a unique setup, attention to details not only regarding the office areas, but also the outdoor scenario, with a great accent upon creating a pleasant work environment.

BCR will relocate its operations from its existing HQ on Calea Victoriei in 2020.

Located in the Central-Western Bucharest business district, at the junction of Calea Plevnei and Basarab overpass, also adjacent to the well-established Carrefour Orhideea Shopping Gallery, the complex includes three class A office buildings with a total leasable area of almost 43,000 sqm.
