PEPCO to open 17 new stores in Romania in 2018 – EuropaProperty

PEPCO, a Polish clothing and household chain, announced a rapid expansion plan for the Romanian market in 2008. By the end of the year, the company will open 17 new stores in 13 cities, including four units in Bucharest.

The chain entered Romania in 2015 and currently operates more than 170 stores across all Romanian cities and counties, except Calarasi.

Established in 1999, PEPCO is today positioned as the largest retail chain in Poland outside of the FMCG sector. Its offering encompasses a wide range of clothing, household goods and accessories for the whole family, sold at affordable prices.

At present, the company operates more than 1,000 stores in Poland,the Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary, Croatia and Slovakia, attracting over 8 million customers every month.
