Developer 7R has commenced construction of a built-to-suit (BTS) facility for a long-time partner. The 9,700 sqm project in Bydgoszcz will accommodate a state-of-the-art parcel sorting centre. Completion and handover are scheduled for Q1 2027. This is just the latest project developed by 7R for this company. To date, 7R has delivered 44,000 sqm of modern warehouse space across five locations for the same client.
The development forms part of the 7R Park Bydgoszcz I complex. In addition to the 9,700 sqm BTS facility currently being developed for the company, the park offers the potential for a further 22,000 sqm of warehouse space to be developed on a speculative basis. The first phase of the park, comprising 16,505 sqm, was completed and delivered in June 2022.
