CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has acquired Building D in the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre. The building offers 13,800 sqm GLA and is fully let to two tenants. 7R has now sold all four buildings that makeup 7R Park Beskid I and comprise a total GLA of 58,300 sqm to CBRE Investment Management.
Developer 7R previously sold buildings A and B offering a total GLA of 29,000 sqm and building C comprising 15,500 sqm GLA, in 2019 and 2020 respectively, to CBRE Investment Management.
7R Park Beskid I logistics centre is located in Czechowice-Dziedzice in the Silesia submarket in Poland. The park benefits from its close proximity to the Czech and Slovak borders and direct access to the national motorway No.1.

All four assets of the 7R Park Beskid I logistics centre have been fully let since acquisition. 7R Park Beskid I centre has a diversified tenant mix of 10 international and national companies, including logistics operator Raben, parcel shipping company DPD, global furniture fabrics manufacturer Davis Fabrics and dental and prosthetic supplier Marrodent.
