7R, a Polish nationwide real estate developer, entered into a joint venture with asset and investment manager MF Capital (MFC) and DIL Polska Baumanagement, an expert in real estate project management.
The newly established joint venture enables the three companies to combine their expertise in delivering MFC – 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I in 2019.
“The airport location fits perfectly within the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics concept. Thanks to the smooth cooperation with our joint venture-partners we are now ready to start the construction. Combining 7R’s development and leasing know-how, DIL’s project management expertise and MF Capital’s asset and investment management experience will contribute to significant interest from the market and customers,” says Bartłomiej Krawiecki, 7R SA Board Member.
MFC – 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I has a potential of up to 19,000 sqm of a high flexibility A-class space that allows warehouse, service, light production or premium office purposes. The occupancy permit is planned for the end of 2019.
“The plot owned by MFC – 7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I had been acquired by us in 2015, and since then we were working on obtaining the building permit. After receiving all formal approvals, we were searching for a joint venture partner, who would enable us to use the unique potential of this location to its’ full extent. Our partnership with 7R is a consequent decision based on their excellent experience and professional approach,” says Jan Schwarz, Managing Director at MF Capital.
