7R’s leasing team getting stronger – EuropaProperty

Over the past two years, 7R has increased its portfolio several times over, and has leased over 500,000 sqm. Currently, the comapny has around 700,000 sqm at various stages of development. To continuously deliver the highest standards of services and products, the company continues to expand its team.

“The quality of our projects and the great care for relationships with customers have always been our trademark. For us to continue providing efficient and direct communication with our partners in the last few quarters we have increased our leasing team. Now we will have additional help from Aleksander Kuźniewski. I am convinced he will fit into this role very well and will be a great addition to the team,” says Maciej Krawiecki, Head of Leasing 7R SA.

Aleksander Kuźniewski has over 12 years of experience in the real estate market. Prior to joining 7R, he worked with CBRE, where he held the position of Director of Industrial and Warehouse department. Before that, he gained his professional experience in such real estate market players as DTZ and King Sturge as well as a transporting company – VOS Logistics.

Kuźniewski graduated from Management at Poznań University of Economics and Business and from Real Estate Broker at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. He is also a CCIM certified professional.

At 7R Aleksander will be responsible for multi-tenant facilities as well as the 7R City Flex Last Mile Logistics brand in Northern Poland, Greater Poland and Lower Silesia region. Maciej Krawiecki was promoted to the position of Head of Leasing and will continue to supervise the total leasing activity of 7R within speculative and BTS projects.
