Plans have been unveiled for the food court in Galeria Młociny, Warsaw. It will feature a patio on the landscaped roof of the complex and nearly 1,000 places to sit both inside and outside, among the greenery. The rooftop park will provide views of the Młociński forest. The first tenants in the food court include KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Burger King, Express Kuchnia Marché, Lifemotiv, Olimp, Subway, ZenThai, Sevi Kebab, Compañeros and Saladki.
The original architectural concept of the food court boasts modern aesthetics and lots of natural light flooding the contemporary interiors. The food court will be divided into several zones created with various requirements in mind. It will provide comfort and convenience to different types of customers, with cascading terraces and view over the central piazza, as well as the rooftop park. The food court will offer both fast food restaurants and eateries serving á la carte menus.
“The food court in Galeria Młociny will be a very special place, with a park on the roof where customers can sit outside in the fresh air, surrounded by greenery and have a delicious meal or spend time with friends while enjoying the fantastic views of the Młociny woods. There will be a family zone for people with small children, with all the amenities parents and their kids need, such as a playground; a teen zone with multimedia features; a speed zone for those in a hurry, as well as a slow food area devoted to diners who want to eat their meals in a more intimate and refined atmosphere, away from the bustle,” said Marcin Goncikowski, Architect Associate at Kuryłowicz and Associates.
“The food court in Galeria Młociny will be a key feature of the complex. We are sure that the food offering will respond to every taste. It will serve Polish and international cuisine, fusion, slow food, fast food, super food, as well as healthy vegetarian and vegan fare. We have already signed lease agreements with the first tenants but this is just the start of our delicious journey,” said Michał Masztakowski, Development & Leasing Director at Master Management Group.
Hungry shoppers will have a good selection to choose from. The international fast food chain KFC will open a restaurant, as will Express Kuchnia Marché serving traditional Polish cuisine with Mediterranean influences, and the vegan and vegetarian Lifemotiv offering healthy meals. There will also be Burger King and a Subway, an Olimp restaurant serving Greek food and the popular Pizza Hut Express. For foodies who like their meals a little bit more exotic there will be a ZenThai restaurant, the Middle Eastern Sevi Kebab and the Mexican Compañeros, while those who love their veggies will be able to compose their own salads at Saladki.
