Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce leasing activity at Distribution Park Sosnowiec (DP Sosnowiec). In July, Abra S.A. took over 6,012 sqm of warehouse space and 228 sqm of office space. The 10-year lease agreement transaction was conducted with support of AXI IMMO Group Sp. z o.o.

Abra S.A. belongs to Steinhoff International Holdings N.V and is one of the most rapidly growing furniture industry companies working mostly with local manufacturers. The company offers a various selection of furniture in modern design.

Distribution Park Sosnowiec (DP Sosnowiec) is modern logistic space located in southern Poland, which is satisfying the most demanding customers in terms of strategic location, functionality and efficiency of the area. T
he property consists of a two-building logistics facility covering 47,100 sqm of high-quality warehouse, serving as storage and office space, equipped with 70 docks and six drive-in gates. It provides 170 parking spaces for cars and 46 sites for trucks. The property was constructed in 2005.
DP Sosnowiec is located in one of the most strategic location in Upper Silesia area.
