Abris Capital Partners has extended its lease for offices in the freshly refurbished Grzybowska Park and expanded its office to 1,650 sqm. The landlord was represented during the lease transaction process by real estate advisory firm Savills while the tenant was advised by Nuvalu Polska.
Abris Capital Partners is an independent private equity fund manager focusing on investment opportunities in Central Europe. Abris Capital Partners manages the capital commitments of many prestigious, international institutional investors including university endowment funds, pensions funds, insurance companies and private foundations, and has more than €1.2 billion in assets under management. Its Warsaw office is located on the sixth and seven floors of Grzybowska Park.

In December 2020, Grzybowska Park saw the completion of refurbishment works which comprised the reception area and communal spaces on all its floors, including toilets and lift lobbies.

Natural materials including wood and live vegetation were used to further bring out the nature of the building.
