Companies from the business services industry can now enroll into the ABSL Diamonds Awards 2018 contest. Its goal is to promote the most innovative solutions and to recognize organizations contributing to the development of the business services sector. Applications will be accepted until October 12, 2018. Diamond statuettes for enterprises that completed the best projects will be presented during a Gala ceremony, which will take place on December 5, in Warsaw. Participation in the competition is free.
ABSL Diamonds Awards 2018 is the third edition of this prestigious contest. The jury will award prizes in six categories: Business Excellence, Customer Experience, Vibrant Workplace, Employer Branding, CSR, and Talent Development & Education. ABSL distinguishes both, the largest and those slightly smaller business services centers. Therefore, in each category, statuettes will be awarded to companies belonging to one of the two groups: Tigers – companies employing fewer people, operating on the Polish market for less than 5 years and Lions – the largest players in the sector.
Currently, modern business services are one of the most innovative sectors of the Polish economy. Thanks to innovations, among other things, the centers operating in our country are able to execute increasingly advanced tasks, deal with complex processes, are more and more effective, and increase employment – by as much as 30 percent, over the last two years. As the industry employing almost 280,000 people in Poland, we actively promote introduction of innovations and breakthrough solutions, and one of such activities is the ABSL Diamonds competition, says Piotr Dziwok, the president of ABSL. Winning a Diamond is a sign of prestige and a proof of recognition, especially as the jury is comprised of renowned experts associated with modern business services and the competition itself is closely monitored by the sector’s representatives, adds Piotr Dziwok.
The ABSL Diamonds Awards 2018 contest involves a number of stages. The first one is submission of an application, which will be possible until October 12, 2018. The list of nominees will be announced on November 14. After three weeks, on December 5, the official ABSL Diamonds Awards 2018 Gala will be held, during which the winners will be announced and the Diamond statuettes presented. – The event provides an opportunity to learn about the most interesting projects implemented by business services centers over the last months. It is also an opportunity to meet the most important representatives of the business services sector. Every year, gala hosts guests from the management boards of many international companies. This is one of the largest meetings of this type in the industry – says Piotr Dziwok.
Participation in the competition is free and there is no need to be an ABSL member to submit an innovative project. One company can compete in several categories.
