GTC has extended its lease agreement with ADC – part of the Drees & Sommer Group and a company specialising in construction project planning and management. The tenant will remain at GTC’s Francuska Office Centre in Katowice, where, following an expansion, it will occupy approximately 570 sqm of office space.
ADC provides services covering design, consulting, technical advisory, project management and construction supervision. The company has been involved in more than 300 projects across Poland, ranging from logistics, industrial and office developments to residential projects and revitalisations. In May 2026, ADC became part of Drees & Sommer, a global consulting company operating in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
“We are pleased that ADC, as it enters the next stage of its development as part of Drees & Sommer, has decided to stay with us at Francuska Office Centre. Lease renewals with existing tenants are particularly important to us as confirmation of the quality of GTC’s buildings. These decisions are made by companies that know the space well, understand its functionality and have first-hand experience of how the property is managed on a day-to-day basis,” says Maria Nowak, Leasing Manager at GTC.
Francuska Office Centre comprises two six-storey Class A office buildings offering more than 23,000 sqm of space in total. The property is located in a well-connected part of central Katowice, with convenient access to the A4 motorway and public transport.
The complex holds a BREEAM In-Use Excellent certificate as well as the “Building Without Barriers” distinction. It uses energy from renewable sources and offers a restaurant, parking spaces for nearly 400 cars and more than 120 bicycles, as well as an outdoor relaxation area.
Tenants at Francuska Office Centre also include companies and organisations such as Vattenfall, American Heart of Poland, Rockwell Automation, RSM Poland, KPMG and LuxMed medical centre.
