Alior Bank lends PLN 75 million to Echo Investment – EuropaProperty

Echo Investment concluded a loan agreement worth PLN 75 million with Alior Bank. This is an extension of a revolving loan, including an increase in its volume.

“Echo Investment has been cooperating with Alior Bank since 2014 and the continuation of this cooperation reflects the Bank’s constant trust in our management board and strategy. This contract proves the appreciation of our large portfolio of completed and prepared projects as well as our extensive experience and know-how. We are convinced that the cooperation with Alior Bank is a mutual advantage and it will translate into an increase in the value of our company,” said Grzegorz Iwański, director of Echo Investment’s Funding Department.

Echo has been cooperating with Alior Bank since 2014 when the bank granted a loan of PLN 30 million to the company. Two years later the lending limit was increased to PLN 50 million.

Echo Investment is the biggest Polish developer carrying out investments in three main sectors of the real estate market: residential, office and shopping centers. Since 1996, it has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company has completed over 140 projects in dozens Polish cities, with a total area of close to 1,400,000 sqm.

In 2015, Echo Investment SA joined the dynamically developing capital group of Griffin Real Estate – Oaktree – PIMCO.
