One of Sweden’s largest real estate companies has selected PropTech platform Mallcomm, by Toolbox Group, as the technology of choice to engage its communities across one of Europe’s most innovative mixed office spaces, marketplaces and their surrounding areas.
AMF Fastigheter are creators of iconic neighbourhoods such as Urban Escape at Brunkebergstorg and the development of the area around Mood Stockholm. Their portfolio features workplaces, retail concepts, creative meeting places, rooftop landscapes, unique hotels, restaurants, innovation centres and more.
Toolbox Group has become a global leader in technology for engaging and managing whole real estate communities through its integrated B2B and B2C platform Mallcomm.
Mallcomm will be custom developed for AMF Fastigheter to maximise from connectivity to a place through a comprehensive set of features and integration with existing and planned operational technologies.
The app will deliver an elevated user experience by supporting the areas of customer service, operations management, key performance data gathering and analytics, general and critical comms, and loyalty.
Patrik Skoogh, Project Director at AMF Fastigheter, says: “We don’t just think about buildings, we think about places people interact with. Everything we do is about our customers so we provide the best experience they can get. That’s what tenants, employees, shoppers, creators, residents and visitors expect in today’s connected world. Our teams share the same collaborative, innovative vision of the way people interact with real estate. It is a great fit.”
Michelle Buxton, CEO of Toolbox Group creators of Mallcomm, says: “We are really pleased to be working with such an innovative partner as AMF Fastigheter. Mallcomm is now the most advanced modular technology for all real estate classes and the only 360 degree platform available that integrates B2B and B2C engagement. We are therefore really excited that Mallcomm can realise its full potential on such leading-edge, omni-use communities.”
