P3, a long-term investor and developer of European warehouse facilities, has renewed its warehouse lease agreement with Antalis at P3 Błonie Park. Antalis is yet another tenant, after Katcon and Edu-Książka, which in recent months has decided to continue with leasing a warehouse in this park.
Zbigniew Smyczyński, Senior Leasing Manager, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, commented: “For years, the Błonie municipality has been one of the most popular locations on the Polish warehouse space market and is often called the capital of Polish logistics. The P3 Błonie park facilities are very popular with both Polish and international companies. The park is very well located near Warsaw, close to the motorway and national roads, which enables efficient distribution of products as well as access to a qualified workforce. We are pleased that, having had several years of cooperation, we unfailingly meet the requirements of our partners and that our warehouses consistently ensure operational efficiency, functionality, as well as economic use of resources.”
Antalis is a leading distributor of paper, packaging, and visual communication solutions in Europe. The company has 103 distribution centres that conform with the highest standards of environmental responsibility and provide a world-class service, affecting daily more than 11,000 deliveries.
Robert Mitura, CSEE Logistics Director, Antalis: ”We are pleased with the cooperation so far and the conditions which P3 provides us with. The distribution centre in the P3 Błonie Park is an important element in our strategy. The facility is fully adapted to our operations and ensures not only productivity and safety of our goods but also comfort for our employees and environmental efficiency. Thanks to our cooperation, we can maintain first-class logistics services and meet our customers’ requirements.”
The facility in P3 Błonie Park was designed in line with the tenant’s requirements and subsequently constructed in 2017. The building uses eco-friendly solutions such as insulation panels, solar panels for heating tap water, and LED lighting. P3 also provides the company with an external office.
P3 Błonie Park is located just 27 km west of Warsaw, at the junction of the national road 92 and the A2 motorway (which is part of the E30 European transit route). The park consists of 14 buildings, which apart from typical warehouse space also include cold stores, freezers, and a data centre.
