Poland’s first showroom of the Apple premium reseller, Lantre, has opened in the post-factory space of the complex on Żelazna Street. The new tenant has taken 110 sqm of space in the Norblin Factory on the ground floor of the Plater building. In addition to on-site sales of Apple equipment and accessories, Lantre offers additional services: insurance, extended protection packages, as well as financial services. The showroom will soon also operate as a click-and-collect where customers may pick up orders placed in the online store. In addition, Lantre is planning to launch a service facility for Apple devices in its concept store.
The Lantre showroom is the brand’s first brick-and-mortar store in Poland as an Apple premium reseller. The modern showroom space is highlighted by interesting technological solutions, including digital access to brand information, digitised price tags, and a special sound system. The store is special with a broad range of extended computer and laptop configurations available on site. The ambience includes a calm interior colour scheme and an apple tree placed in the middle of the showroom.
“The Lantre showroom is a modern space where every Apple fan will find what they are looking for. We have focused on digital solutions while creating a pleasant ambience where you just want to spend time. A natural colour scheme in shades of grey and beige, high-quality materials, and an apple tree that greets customers at the entrance are the hallmarks of our showroom,” says Lantre President Artur Drzewiecki.
The Schwitzke Górski design studio was responsible for the showroom’s concept, design and supervision. The customer experience strategy was developed by Omnisense consulting and research studio. Digitisation of the service and sales process was provided by technology hub Omnidigital.
“The Lantre showroom with its range of Apple products is a perfect fit for the Apple Museum Poland, which opened at the Norblin Factory a few months ago. The Museum houses the world’s largest collection of products from the American giant, which already includes more than 1,600 exhibits. We give our guests and Apple lovers a complementary offer: the opportunity to learn about the history of the company in the Museum thanks to a specially designed soundtrack and visual effects, combined with access to modern Apple products which can be purchased on-site at the Norblin Factory in the first showroom of the Lantre brand in Poland,” said Kinga Nowakowska, Member of the Management Board of Capital Park Group and Chief Operating Officer of the Norblin Factory.
