ATALIAN acquires Luxor Group, becoming number one facility management company in the Balkans – EuropaProperty

The French Group ATALIAN has recently acquired Luxor Group, a leader of Facility Management (FM) on the Croatian market.

The company, which was established in 2002, offers a variety of services, including cleaning, technical maintenance, social catering and full FM. Headquartered in Zagreb, Luxor Group employs 1,400 employees and collaborates with more than 280 clients across the Republic of Croatia.

ATALIAN Croatia thus increased its numbers from 1,100 to 2,500 employees, doubled is capacity for technical maintenance activity and added catering services to its portfolio of services.

1.2 million sqm operated space

Within the last seven years, ATALIAN has significantly developed its operations in the Balkan region, with the acquisition of several companies (EKUS & KADUS, ISS Croatia and ISS Bosnia, Mopex Serbia).

With this new acquisition, ATALIAN becomes the major player of FM across the whole region, from Croatia to Bosnia & Herzegovina, as well as Serbia, with a consolidated turnover over €36 million.

ATALIAN plans to continue its development strategy by expanding into all of the Balkan region, from Slovenia to Bulgaria in the near future.
