UP-site Bucharest will feature 270 apartments in two residential high-rise buildings of 12 and 25 floors connected thanks to a common ground floor. Being in the centre of the hottest developed area of the city – 5 minutes walk to most of the prestigious office buildings on the market, 1-minute walk to Promenada Mall, 3 minutes walk to the Aurel Vlaicu Metro station and in the same time close to one of the greenest areas of Bucharest – 2 minutes’ walk to Floreasca Lake, 10 minutes walk to Herastrau Park (King Michael 1st) it makes this location not only unique but also functional and efficient.
Besides the city view through the full height glass façade, from floor to ceiling, the project brings benefits that will make the future owners’ life easier, healthier and worry-free: a fully functional SPA, with a swimming pool and gym, located in a connection area between the two towers on the ground floor and mezzanine, green areas, underground parking and storages, as well as the latest technologies in terms of safety or comfort.
“By starting the construction of Up-site project Atenor reconfirms its international commitment and confidence in Romania’s Real Estate market.
