Belgian real estate developer, Atenor, is starting, this month, construction of UP-site, its’ first prestige residential project located in Floreasca, Bucharest. The building permit was obtained last spring, right after lockdown. Since launching the sales process, at the end of November 2020, almost 50 percent of the whole project has been signed off-plan.
